“I was very disappointed with my order, I ordered it only to be told it was out of stock once I’d already paid for it and had to wait over a week. If I’d of known It was out of stock a would never of placed the order. Also when it was delivered there was a huge rip in the box even though it was plastered with tape saying fragil.”

“Needed to replace my Bose system. Online I discovered 'an open box' offer at 'Home AV Direct' for the replacement Bose system at an advantageous price, of the system that I wanted. A quick phone call to them established that this item was 'brand new / unused' so I proceeded to order it online. My order was delivered the following day.....less than 24 hrs after ordering. The box had obviously been open previously, but it was evident that the system had 'never been used'. BARGAIN !! Subsequent technical enquiry with the company was dealt with professionally and promptly ! What's not to like !! Well done !! Will endeavour to shop again.... 5 star price and service.... Enough said.... thanks”
