“Item sent with no paperwork no warranty card no instructions .They have now been in touch and all issues have been resolved and I have found them to be very helpful,it was all a genuine mistake so I would like to remove the first part of this message and say that I am happy with the outcome and would recommend this company.”

“I ordered 4 Q Acoustics bookshelf speakers and one centre speaker. All arrived promtly. Unfortunately the Centre speaker was faulty. This was one of those things and not the fault of Home AV Direct. I spoke to Customer support / Shane who was very helpful and worked hard to organise a replacement within 2 days of reporting the fault, with the old unit being collected by the courier. Excellent customer service as well as competitive prices. Would definitely recommend.”

“Expetional customer service. In fact the best I have experienced in a long time. I was looked after by a team member called Shane who over several lengthy phone calls, guided me through some tech problems I was experiencing and he did not give up until they were full resolved. Overall I’d rate Home AV Direct a firm 11/10”
