Hi, Firstly I’m sorry to hear that you have not received your order. We can confirm that your order was received and shipped on the same day (as advertised on our site). This happened over a month ago, however this is your first communication about a delivery problem. As per our website “If your order is not received within the agreed order time frame, or the tracking indicates a problem with your shipment, please contact us. You must do this within 7 days of the shipment.” Despite this, we are still happy to try and resolve your problem. “This was my first experience buying from Home AV and I was ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED with the service and products I received from them. Not satisfied. Not pleased. DELIGHTED. Their pricing was by far the most competitive I found online, ordering was a breeze, delivery was fast and efficient and throughout their communication was spot on.
