“I already wrote to congratulate you on your super service....and am happy to do so again.. My initial enquiry for a Teac cd player was met with enthusiasm and the chap I spoke with on the ' phone immediately checked out the stock situation. Later that day I ordered the item and it arrived here at my home, safe and sound,well within the two day delivery time.... it works well..... ... Even though it was a relatively low priced cd player... the service from Home AV Direct was terrific.... and I'd willingly recommend the company to any future buyer...”
