“Excellent shopping experience with Home AV Direct. They were the only place I could find that still sold an obselete Q Acoustics product that I wanted and were selling it at a ridiculously cheap price. Not only that, but the price included next day delivery. Would be happy to use them again.”

“Ruark R1 radio at good sale price of £189 (inc shipping). Prompt delivery following day by courier. Minor problem in that after the order was placed online, it was not confirmed by email, hence delivery details were not received. As I do not live far from the showroom in Hayes, I visited later in the same day and it was rectified that way. No explanation could be given for the error. May have been gremlins due to the busy black Friday period. Despite this, I was satisfied overall and more than happy to recommend Home AV. Ruark R1 is a brilliant radio, excellent construction and functionality, best of all though is the above average sound quality for the small size - Good anywhere in the house, especially in my kitchen. Have previously used Pure radios, but Ruark products are in a different league and worth paying the extra.”
