“Very pleased with the service. Delivery was quick even although it was during the pandemic. The prongs on the plug did not align with the socket but when I phoned them there was no problem and I’m waiting on a replacement arriving. Would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“The remote arrived very quickly. Unfortunately it has not resolved the problem as, like the original remote, it will not connect to the sound bar. I can only assume therefore that the sound bar is broken and I therefore did not need a new remote. Is it possible to return it?”

“Really easy to order the QTX Busker 15 PA system. An acknowledgement email came immediately and the item was shipped for next day delivery, even though we are in lockdown. Best price on the internet as well. As for the item, well my granddaughter absolutely loves it. Thank you Home AV Direct.”
