“Ordered and paid for Klipsch speaker and was given DPD tracking to track delivery only to find out that the speaker was out of stock. Very bad experience, then rang the store and was promised that someone will call back and let me know when the speaker will be sent. After calling them for several days and still no speaker had to cancel the order and ask for refund. Need to keep the customer informed if things go wrong and not give empty promises.”

“Good service & fast delivery ... especially in the current climate of the Corona lockdown. The turntable (Pro-Ject VTE) is as eye-catching as I hoped but also works beautifully. The speakers (Kantu YU-4 - which the team recommended) were more than I was going to spend but are worth every penny. Would recommend you guys & use again.”

“I ordered a black Sonos sub that didnt arrive. I rang to be told it was out of stock and would I accept a white sub. I agreed, and it was delivered with the wrong power cable. To be fair though the support was good and the issue was well managed with both replacements arriving next day.”

“I am very pleased with this amplifier. It does almost everything I want it to do. The one thing it doesn’t allow me to do is to record to my cassette tape player. I can however listen to my cassette tapes but not do any recording to them. It’s just a small criticism from an old dinosaur. There are many other functions with this piece of kit that will keep me amused and entertained for years to come!”

“Never used or heard of this company before but they were great imo. Product arrived quickly and was well packaged. The Customer Service was exceptional - I had to call them due to Sonos supplying the wrong power lead. They were apologetic and sent the replacement power lead for next day delivery. Very good company and hope to make further purchases from them soon.”
