“Never used or heard of this company before but they were great imo. Product arrived quickly and was well packaged. The Customer Service was exceptional - I had to call them due to Sonos supplying the wrong power lead. They were apologetic and sent the replacement power lead for next day delivery. Very good company and hope to make further purchases from them soon.”

“Pads arrived as when stated. The sticky rings required to fit them to my headphones were not in the box but customer services were very quick to arrange for these to be sent out to me. These have not arrived yet but it’s only been two days since my email to them so they should be with me by the end of this week.”
