“Ordering was quick and easy, my order was delivered within 48 hours. I was kept up to date with emails along the way. My box did have a dent on the out side but the packing inside the box was incredible and my item was not marked or damaged in any way.”

“In these times of Covid19, I phoned Home AV Direct to check the product was in stock (Onkyo T-4030 tuner) before placing the order. The adviser on the phone was helpful and spent several minutes querying the system before giving the OK. Next I checked Trust Pilot to find the vendor has a good reputation. Then I ordered online in the evening, missing the next-day delivery cut-off, so the product arrived as advertised the day after. My delivery came via DPD who are always excellent in keeping you informed of progress. In London with good reception, the DAB tuner absolutely sounds superb when connected to a separates system and with reception via the TV aerial. The only downside so far is changing DAB channels takes a second to show the next alphabetical channel name, so scrolling through a long alphabetical list takes longer than one would expect ... a problem which can be mitigated by programming the presets. Overall I would not hesitate to order from Home AV Direct again.”
