“The item I ordered was notified as being shipped in the morning however on the same day in afternoon another e-mail informed me item was in fact out of stock. An alternate colour was offered to which I declined. Payment had already been taken. When I made contact by e-mail laws told the details sent had been computer generated. I requested a refund which after I had phoned the company was promptly dealt with. Credit to the young man I spoke to he was a credit to the company.”

“Bought a Astell & Kern XB10 DAC from them; it arrived in good condition but the box had clearly been already opened and was a returned/demo item, NOT new as you would expect. I would have returned it with a complaint except it's a run-out item so stock was very low and the actual DAC itself was fine. Delivery was quick.”
