“Fantastic service. Next day very close to Christmas and product turned up in fully working order. The box looked damaged at first, so I was worried it had been bashed or dropped. But upon opening the box it was clear that it had been packed in a way to prevent it moving around within its postage box. (the outer cardboard box had been been cut down and folded, to prevent movement within transit). Will definitely use again. Fantastic service at the lowest price I could find.”

“My Bose headphones arrived with the box badly crushed, as they’d been posted in only a postage bag. Also, the right ear-cup wasn’t assembled very well. I returned them, as the headphones were bought as a gift. Once Home AV Direct had received them, I had to wait two weeks for my refund, because “that’s the policy”. This is completely unacceptable and terrible customer service. It might be their policy, but on the basis of my receiving damaged / faulty goods, I’m sure it’s not impossible to speed up the refund process on occasions such as this.”
