“Product bought at the best price on the market but delivery was 72 hours late. Excuse was stock exhaustion as a result of Black Friday - which I’m guessing they knew was coming. Needed the headphones by a deadline which was subsequently missed. Refund requested when told of this and informed this would take 3 weeks to action. Disappointing that I didn’t get what I wanted when I wanted it but understand this can happen. It was the rather throwaway attitude to the missed delivery deadline with little or no recognition of the fact that I may have been inconvenienced that was mildly frustrating.”

“Disappointing results as satellite receiver seems to have much greater influence over sound than the sound box. If the sat. box sound is turned to zero this also mutes the sound box and I cannot find a way round this.”
