Hi Susi, I can see that you have been in contact with our customer service team who explained that the headphones you ordered are not fully compatible with Apple devices. As displayed clearly on the product page, the volume button function does not work with Apple devices. Kind regards, Support Team

“The costumer service is perfect, i got my delivery SUPER fast, but the product came with some marks inside the glass and if you look right to the glass you can see some scratch inside too. It's not a huge thing but if is a new product is better be more careful. tks so much”
