“When I had to call on it to revise my address details, telephone support was fast and efficient with a very friendly and helpful chap at the other end of the line. My order arrived in line with expectations and the Sonos Connect I bought at a sale price has put life and fizz back into my ageing hi fi unit. A very nice piece of kit. Thank you.”

“Bought a speaker (Q3020's) and amp set (Tangent Ampster BTII) with cable. All came well packaged and on time, everything works brilliantly and I'm so happy with the service from Home AV Direct as well as the quality and price of the set I bought. The speakers are wicked and just what I needed, beautiful clear sound, and perfect for the price over buying more recent and more expensive ones. And the amp is such a perfect dinky little gem! Packs plenty of power in a teeny package that fits perfectly onto my shelves. Excellent, all round!”

“Feedback from review sites was great, so I ordered from HOME AV.direct. What was annoying is an "in-stock" item available for next day delivery, wasn't in-stock and took nearly a week to arrive.”

“Ordered a Sonos Move; the next day, a couple of hours after getting a "your item has been dispatched" email, I got a phone call advising me they were out of stock. They did refund me immediately, but it was a bit annoying that it delayed me a day from getting it from somewhere that did actually have it.”
