“Good Customer Service and good product line and dispatch times.”

“Price, condition and delivery of the product could not be faulted - all were good. My only suggestion would be that your staff need more training on the products themselves. I had issues in setting up my new speaker system and needed technical support, I called and Home AV Direct were friendly and polite but lacked any real knowledge to assist me. Overall, a good experience but more product knowledge would have made it a great experience.”

“Delivery by DPD was a shambles. I was in all day then got an email saying "Oh no, we've missed you." They then sent a photo of the front door of a house to show that they had been there, but it wasn't our house. We are actually on the first floor of a block of flats. In case the driver was hopeless instead of just way behind schedule I arranged for it to be delivered the next day to a pick up point.”
