“Bought a Marantz CD player from AV Direct and was very happy with their service. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they use DPD, by far the worst delivery company ever. They messed me about terribly, wasted my time and lied about me not being in etc etc, and I got it days later than specified.”

“Ordered using klarna for next day delivery. Got email saying order had gone through but the following day no parcel or information. Had to ring up and get it sorted so had to take a day off for delivery the following day”

“Initial parcel was incorrect item. Although resolved was disappointing. Item was clearly on shelf a long time as remote battery had leaked in box and box 'bashed' which again is disappointing”
