“I ordered a CD player. I wanted to discuss my proposed purchase first with Home AV Direct; I had a helpful conversation over the phone. My order arrived within two days of my placing it - impressive, considering that I live in France. I am also happy with the item itself - it was an 'open box' item, but it looks in mint condition, performs perfectly and came at a very favourable price.”
