“I was very pleased with the service given by this company. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because there is some confusion over timescales if you want banana ends fitting to connection cables. Maybe it could be made clearer on the web site that this adds a 24 hr delay in sending out the order. All other aspects of the order were dealt with really well and it’s good to be able to speak directly to the team.”
