“How can an item be despatched at 10 am and then be out of stock at 1pm? How can you ever expect potential customers to trust a company that blatantly lies?”

“I ordered a CD player. I wanted to discuss my proposed purchase first with Home AV Direct; I had a helpful conversation over the phone. My order arrived within two days of my placing it - impressive, considering that I live in France. I am also happy with the item itself - it was an 'open box' item, but it looks in mint condition, performs perfectly and came at a very favourable price.”

“Very easy to order, very competitive price and free delivery was amazingly quick(only 2 days later it was here despite an estimate of 3-5 days) The fact it arrived on a Sunday, having only been ordered Friday Night was amazing. Very pleased.”
