“Despite placing my order in plenty of time for it to be delivered on Saturday it didn't arrive until late on the following Tuesday afternoon. I was told that this was because there hadn't been enough room on the delivery van for my order (a pair of earphones) to be shipped on the Friday. Very disappointed with the service and the explanation I received from Home AV Direct.”

“I placed an order for an expensive DAB radio. I received an email later the same day informing me that my payment had been received and that the radio had been dispatched... The next day I received another email stating that it hadn't been dispatched as it wasn't actually in stock despite showing to the contrary on the website. Extremely poor.”

“Cheapest I could find a Bose Revolve Plus and with free next day delivery. Ordered 4pm one day delivered by 4pm tracked using DPD APP and 100% satisfied with every aspect of my purchase and delivery! SIMPLY OUTSTANDING!!!”
