“We have found the customer service aspect of Home AV Direct to be first class. We had a problem with some poorly manufactured Bose speakers and they have been brilliant at sorting it out for us. Both the original and Wharfdale replacements were delivered on a 'next day' delivery and the customer service team have been very attentive. We wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.”
