“While were met by our driver on time and she was very friedly and pleasent, I was disapointed when I discovered that instead of the standard vehicle I ordered it was a 32 seater bus.
Not happy with this and unlikely to use your service again.

“Musste 40 Min warten, Vermittlung war aber sehr bemüht und freundlich. Es gab wohl viel Verkehr, wodurch die Verzögerung entstand. Fahrer sehr nett und kürzesten Weg gefahren. Werde wieder ihnen buchen.”
“My transfer was only one way from Duva Puerto Pollensa to Palma airport. The coach was approx 15mins late and the driver struggled to negotiate the pick up point. I greeted him as he alighted the bus and he simply just didn’t respond. The journey to the airport wasn’t that good due to his errratic and sudden braking. Upon arrival at the airport again no communication fro the driver.
Overall he seemed to be an inexperienced driver.
However I still found Holiday Taxis excellent value for money and excellent communication and updates re my pick up times and I won’t hesitate to use them again.”

“Cela fait plusieurs transferts que je réalise avec vous et j’ai quand même une remarque à faire c’est que le transfert retour les chauffeurs viennent en fonction de la distance de l’aéroport 4 à 5 heures avant le décollage. Il me faut à chaque fois négocier avec le chauffeur pour lui faire comprendre que je préfère passer 2h de plus à l’hôtel que dans l’aéroport sachant que les formalités à l’aéroport sont très rapides. En 20 mn tout est réglé.
C’est le reproche que je puisse apporter aux transferts. Arriver à l’aéroport 2h avant l’embarquement et amplement suffisant.
