“Transfer from Palma Airport was awful. Taxi office was shut at the airport and no staff. No one answered the taxi company phone. Had to ring the UK to find out where the taxi driver was”

Told I was sent a message to that effect the day before by WhatsApp. I wasn’t. Went there, explained why we were late. Women shrugged, couldn’t have cared less.
