“The pickup was planned at 12:00 and the driver comes at 10:00 !!! He told us that if we refuse to take his car, no other taxi will come later to pickup ! I am really unhappy and angry !! So we was waiting more than 5 hours to the airport !!!”

Communication extremely poor . Was instructed to call back in 10 mins after waiting 10 mins past pick up time . Called back and office would not answer my calls. After 45mins minutes I had to grab a taxi to take me to the airport. Very anxious experience as was worried I’d miss my flight .”
“Used to be picked up with roomy car ,which had refreshments in supply for the journey. This year we arrived to a basic car which broke down after being in a traffic jam. Granted we had a replacement car sent promptly but still no beverages. Going back to airport just the basic car again.”
“We zijn aangekomen op de luchthaven van Antalya. Eenmaal aangekomen zijn we direct naar het afgesproken punt gegaan en hebben we via een persoon (van de luchthaven) jullie contactpersoon gevonden.
Eenmaal onze documenten afgegeven zijn we aan de kant moeten gaan en heeft hij ons zeer lang aan het lijntje gehouden. We hebben 3 keer van plaats moeten veranderen om de gereserveerde taxi na een UUR te kunnen krijgen. Ik ben tijdens deze periode zeker 4 keer gaan vragen waar onze taxi bleef, maar we kregen voortdurend hetzelfde antwoord: Onderweg?? Persoonlijk vind ik dit zeer slechte service.
Het ophalen voor de terugvlucht was wel goed verlopen.”
