“Not the best experience gave the driver the wrong hotel name nearly ended up in aiya napa instead of protaras just as well we?d been before Then on the way home sent driver to same wrong hotel to pick us up Even though on my voucher it clearly says the right hotel”
“Excellent service. Transfers were easy to find on arrival and within 15 to 20mins we were on our way.(which is quick for a shared transfer). Staff at desk were great and the driver was too. Friendly and helpful. The returm transfer was as much the same again. It was an early pick up as id checked the time on the H.T. website. I also recieved a message via whats app from the transfer provider the day before with confirmation from the driver. The transfer turned up within 10mins of the time informed but we were the last to board and went straight to airport.(which again was great for a shared transfer).We arrived in good time back at the airport and the driver was again friendly and helpful. All in all great service at an unbeatable price and most importantly stress free. Well worth my 5 stars.”
“We were booked with Leisure Tours. Upon arrival there was confusion with the drivers on which vehicle my husband and I and one other family would be riding in. We were left on one vehicle with no explanation, then told to change vehicles where we were left again with gospel music playing. I have absolutely no problem with gospel music, but it isn?t the most welcoming way to begin a trip to the Caribbean. We just made it through customs. It was time to unwind and relax. On the way back was worse. I called the company the day before to confirm pick up. The shuttle was still late to the point we had to call back to confirm again. Once we were able to board the bus, I glanced at the passenger arrangement while I showed my email confirmation to the driver. He was immediately annoyed I didn?t have it printed out. On my first glance, the bus looked full with the exception of two seats that were not next to each other. I confirmed with the driver that my husband and I were the last to be picked up and said yes. I went to flip the aisle seat down so that he and I would be together. The driver pointed at the two seats that were not together and said we could sit there. I asked why we couldn?t sit where I was choosing and he responded along the lines of ?what if I hit a bump?. I told the driver we?d rather sit together and since I had to take another look at the passenger arrangement to notice what he pointed out, I saw two seats in the back for us. We went to sit in the back and the bus driver looked at me is if I was giving trouble. Once we were seated he said in a sarcastic voice, ?I knew you?d find somewhere to sit? and stared at us as if his patience was tried. A few people on the bus laughed which made it worse. Once we got to the terminal, he didn?t even offer to help with our bags. Though the ride to our resort was no where as offensive as the ride back, neither was a pleasant way to begin or end a vacation.”
“When getting a shuttle transfer you have to pay in advance (At that point you don't have the actual time or a place for your pickup) After you buy the transfer they tell you to "check in" for a ride 24 hours before the flight so that they can "plan it". The details of the transfer are shared 7 hours before the offered pick up time. The timing itself is super uncomfortable, because they plan to get you to the airport 5 hours earlier than you would do otherwise. When you contact them to request a different pickup time or change the transfer type to a more expensive one(to get the reasonable pick up time) they refuse to change anything. They say the departure of the transfer is sooner than 48 hours and they cannot change anything. They say you can cancel it, but they are not sending you any money back. All the phone numbers they provide will get you to answer machines sending you to an endless "on hold" limbo. To me all of this looks like a very poor service or a scam. Don't send them your money.”
“On arrival and departure the taxis were clean and driven safely. On arrival we had to wait in the sun for a time before the taxi turned up and was deposited at the wrong hotel. Upon departure, even after explaining what had happened on arrival and making a special point of where we would be waiting the taxi still went to the wrong hotel.”

“Easy booking process with immediate confirmation. Taxi driver was waiting on arrival in Majorca at the check in desk and picked us up promptly on the return from our hotel. Both drivers helpful and courteous and good drivers. Air conditioned minibus was very welcoming in the heat! Would definitely recommend private transfer with children! Great company to use.”
