“Apart from on arrival having to go find our transfer, no signage in arrivals so had to find a person outside to help after this all was great with our transfer and also our return apart from us being early at the airport when all flights were cancelled due to industrial action, so meant even longer at the airport ultimately.”

“Was dropped off about 1/4 of a mile away from the hotel, the driver a lady didn't know where the hotel was so she could not give us directions, also no help in putting the luggage on to the bus”
“Ordered 2 taxis one for self and one for daughter and family. Neither were at the airport when we arrived. Daughter ordered a child seat and paid extra for it - not supplied going out and despite phoning to ensure it was supplied going back, the taxi arrived without one - though it did go back and collect one so delayed about 15 mins. Taxis did arrive on time for return journey. the company now being used seems much less reliable than the one used before.”
“Re private minibus pickup/return at Barcelona Airport. I selected an early pick time at the hotel to allow for local traffic and possible security delays. However, I was bombarded with emails about the flight number being unknown, and in the end I had to resort to a web chat on my phone (I hate them!). I confirmed the flight number, but the pick up time automatically got pushed back. Surely, it is up to the customer to choose their pick up time, even if it is early for a flight. Just a niggle. Everything else SUPERB *****.”
“All In all a good experience . We did have to wait an hour on arrival at the airport for other flights to arrive but was made aware that this could happen upon booking . Our return transfer was spot on time and went very smooth. Overall a good experience”
