“We were held at the airport on arrival at Krakow due to passport control. The driver contacted me on a few occasions but had to go without us after an hour. The delay was totally beyond my control, he refused to ring his office to get alternative arrangements made and just kept saying he had to go. We rang your office in the UK for help, who also dismissed us and said they couldn’t help.very very disappointed and angry as we had to find our own way to the hotel at extra expense. Can you offer compensation please? The Return driver was on time and very polite”
“Drivers were on time with a sign name written down. They both sent a Whats app messages too. It was nice. They did not talk almost anything during the drive which was a bit strange. A bit old but clean cars inside. Both drivers helped with the luggages.”

- Inna texted to introduce herself and gave us information about the weather. We were delayed taking off but she had everything in control. She was waiting to greet us as soon as we cleared Customs and delivered us to our hotel safely. What a lovely lady!!!
- Return to the airport. We were collected in plenty of time for our return flight and dropped off very close to the Terminal doors.

“Truly flawless service: from the customer support, who answered promptly and in Italian, to the shuttle bus driver who took us to the airport.
My only suggestion concerns the optimization of the pickup points. After collecting us, the driver stopped again just 150 meters down the road for another family at a nearby hotel. It would have been more efficient to designate a single pickup point for the whole area.”
