“Great experience. Even with one hour of flight delay, our driver was waiting for us. Very comfortable and clean private mini bus and super friendly driver. We highly recommend this company. Also all information received beforhand was spot on. We will definitely book again. Thank you so much for the great service.”
“The local supplier didn’t have my booking after payment, after reconfirming with them, it’s all solved. The pick up was very smooth. So will book again next time.”
“It's very easy to book on Holiday Taxis and their rates are very affordable. I was on a late flight arrived at my destination around 11pm my Holiday Taxis driver was there waiting for me saving me from having to find a taxi late at night.”
“All good.. friendly driver, he sent WhatsApp message prior to arriving..& spoke excellent English.. arrived at airport in good time.. perfect transfer.. hope to use you again on next trip👍🏻”
“Excellent service as always but pick up at Oasis Dunas has changed and there is now no where to shelter we are at Oasis Royal could there be a better pick up point”
“Very long wait at the airport. Well over an hour before departure.
And far too early on the return. My flight was departing 11:45 and we had to be picked up at 7:10. The journey to the airport is only 40 minutes.”
“Didn’t manage to get picked up as spent 3 hours trying to get through passport control felt like the driver was blaming me for not being able to get taxi . When I eventually got through at 21.15 and tried ringing emergency number there was no answer had to pay for Uber instead. Return journey very good.”
“I have used Holiday Taxis before with no problem but this time the pick-up did not come which left us in a pressured situation. I tried to phone given numbers but with no answer. Now 28 Days later the company have failed to refund my £93 and have only contacted me on one occasion otherwise no after service whatsoever and they do not reply to my e-mails.”
“We did not get picked up at Malaga airport, although the time revealed 11.05 and should have read 23.05 the Flight number was there, and I would have thought they would have checked it out. We ended up paying a further 30 euros for a taxi that we were not very happy about.
The pick up from the hotel to the airport was right on time and in a very comfortable vehicle.”
