Very disappointed that for the return trip, I had to walk with my luggage for 10 minutes to a neighbouring hotel to catch the shuttle. I was the only one onboard and he drove virtually past my hotel on the way towards Benidorm. I’m a fit 80 year old, but still…”

“Shuttle arrived 4..5 hours before my flight left. I then had to wait for over an hour for the BA desk to open.
The earliest book in time is 3 hours before but usually 2 hours before on medium haul flights. The journey time in the shuttle was around 35 minutes. FAR TOO LONG To hang around an airport.
The shuttle journey was good and the driver was friendly.”
