“Over an hour later picking us up causing us to be late and miss reservations and ruined the first day of our holiday. Have attempted to complain but not received any response.”
“When we arrived we were quickly shown to our bus. We then sat there for an hour. It would have been great to be told we had to wait for another flight to come in, we could have had a walk, lunch, toilet etc we then had a further 1.5 hours travel so was a long time on a bus. On the way back we were the first to be picked up, we were still 2 mins from our hotel 45 minutes later due to all the pick ups. Other than that all was fine. I?ll arrange a private transfer next time.”
“When we arrived at Palma airport we had to wait just on two hours for our transfer to Cala Bona. As did other people. The whole department seemed totally disorganised! No updates ! Just told to wait and then given times that we?re not adhered to. ! When we finally arrived at our resort, narrowly avoiding an accident as the driver wasn?t concentrating, the driver asked for a tip !! I wouldn?t use this company again. However the return journey was on time and pleasant”

“I booked the taxi to get from and to the airport. When we arrived the driver stood there with the sign and drove us to our hotel. He was also knowledgeable about the area and gave us tips on what we can do on our Holiday. On our way back the day before I got a text confirming all the information. On the day the driver arrived even 10 min early. Both cars were clean. Would recommend.”
“Was very easy to use, picked up at exactly the time they said we would be. Like that it was smaller mini busses, which meant faster transfer due to less drop off/pick ups.”
