“The driver's on arrival & departure were both pleasant & punctual. A lovely journey through little villages & countryside made it a very pleasant transfer from airport to hotel. Would defo use again. In all a 35 minute peaceful journey.”
“We contracted for a private car and were transferred from the airport to the hotel in a wagon. We both have extreme difficulty accessing a wagon as we are in our 80s and have difficulties climbing from the road to the wagon. This is why we contracted with you for a private car. The supplier were planning to use a similar (or same) wagon on 7th May for our return transfer, until I objected.”
“The pick up and journey to the holiday was great no problems. The return journey from hotel to airport pick up was fine ,just when we got to the airport the taxi had a lot of smoke coming out the engine yes we got to the airport but this could have happened anywhere on the journey.”
“When we arrived at the desk, the lady said that she hadnt had time to collect the voucher we needed for the taxi. So I was sent to the office which was a five minute walk away to collect the voucher. However, after several phone calls, it was discovered that the voucher had been given to the lady at the desk earlier that day! So I then had to walk back to the desk to collect the voucher. This is the first time we have used a taxi and we did this because we were fed up with the bus taking so long. We decided the taxi was an expensive but better option. However, after been messed around for 20 minutes trying to get the voucher, I was not impressed.”
“the booking processwas difficult as the website kept on going wrong and crashing before i got a booking reference. However money which had been deducted was returned and when I contacted someone in person they were able to book the transfer for me. the actual transfer journeys were excellent.”

“We were collected from Budapest airport within a few minutes of arriving and taken to our destination without any fuss or diversion. On the way back the driver was there ahead of time with plenty of time for us to catch our flight home. Both drivers were well mannered and informative. All in all a good experience for an excellent price.”
“Greeting on arrival was excellent - driver waited outside arrivals hall with a banner. Pick up was chaotic. Car arrived 1 hour late. Had to call local number to find out what was happening. They then had to locate the drivers. Why couldn't they use text messaging to keep us informed? Worrying to be kept waiting - don't want to miss flight home although, to be fair, the given pick up time was too early.”
“We arrived at the airport & found out that wheelchairs are PROHIBITED on shared shuttles & no solution was found to take us to our destination. When booking nowhere it is written that wheelchairs are PROHIBITED on shared shuttles & the fact that they left us with no solution/transportation says a lot about this company !!! We had to book an Uber & we?re waiting to be reimbursed. You can do better by putting the necessary information where it?s supposed to be = VISIBLE to all while booking/choosing the type of transportation to prevent misunderstandings or confusion and in our case this horrible service !!”
“Have raised a complaint with Holuday Taxis but no response to date. Although the driver turned up on time and was very friendly, the ride from our apartment to the airport in Gran Canaria was genuinely scary. The driver was on his personal phone, both on phone calls but far more seriously with one hand off the steering wheel sending text messages. The phone was attached to the dash, he was having trouble seeing the screen due to the sun and was leaning forward to peer at the screen taking his focus off the road whilst driving at speed. I have used Holiday Taxis many times before, always excellent until this experience.”
“Finding out where to find the coach at the airport was easy. Communication was good. Had to contact the company due to slight difference in destination address but this was rectified. Coach collection was on time. First time I had used a coach transfer (usually use private taxi but I was travelling on my own). Will definitely do it again!”
“Superb. Lovely greeting by the chap on the desk who directed us to our taxi. Great taxi, friendly smiley driver, air con. Our return trip to the airport was just as good. Friendly driver, great vehicle with air con. Both drivers were on time too. Would highly recommend this firm and I will be using them again for our visit next year.”
