“I was very impressed with the service provided. The drivers arrived promptly and we're very polite and helpful. The cars were clean and comfortable. We were helped with our luggage and sent texts about the name of the driver and met at arrival gate. Great service.”
“Communication was excellent at all times and transportation vehicle way exceeded what we were expecting.
Will definitely use again and have no hesitation in recommending to friends and family. Well done keep it up!”
“Es hat alles gut geklappt. Wir waren in einer Airbnb Unterkunft und wurden beim nächstgelegenen Hotel abgesetzt. Der telefonische Service war sehr gut erreichbar. Der Transfer auf der Insel war gleichzeitig eine herrliche Willkommens-Inselfahrt mit einer immer wieder untergehenden Sonne hinter jeder Straßenbiegung. Wir sind sehr begeistert! Danke!”
“Despite our slight delay your taxi driver was at the designated area(along with all the rest),very professional with the digital signage, not a piece of paper. You also contacted us to tell where the driver was.Good standards, keep up the good work.”
“We had a 40 minute wait at the airport when we arrived at the airport, it would have been quicker and cheaper to have waited for a taxi at the rank as people on the same flight as us who went to the taxi rank were at the htel a long time before us.
We also paid for a private transfer in a car. A private transfer was provided but it was in a 12 seater mini bus rather than a private car which does not provide the same level of comfort.”
“Our plane was diverted. Due to the weather- very windy in Tenerife.
We were 4+ hrs late in arriving and they honoured the taxi booking. We were very grateful.
They were all courteous, pleasant and the driver was very professional.”
“Hello
We are not at all happy with your services
I had booked and paid for the transfer
The driver did not feel
Despite our multiple calls
He answered us on the phone
At first he said he would come in 10 minutes then the second call
He asked us to add money while we made the payment on site
We ask you to refund our transport of 46 euros as soon as possible please
Warmly”
“Excellent Service!
Have used this company for a few years now and have found their service exceptional. Ordered private transfer in Turkey, the drivers are very friendly, the vehicles are clean and well maintained and on pickup they are always on time.
Recommend this company for your holiday transfer needs ❤️”
