Easy to find your lift at the arrival airport, down to the time and pick up back home. The driver was courteous and was insistint on lifting your bags into the hold after a restless flight. “Waited an hour for our transfer and told it would be at least another 30 minutes as they were short on drivers Ended up taking a taxi. Have made complaint to get reimbursed but taking a very long time. Have given it a score of 1 as transfer back to airport at end of holiday was good”

Although it showed my correct flight number it had my arrival time in Budapest as the time it arrived there As a result the supplying company phoned me as I was onboard in LHR immediately as plane started to taxi Not surprisingly no one met me in BUD on arrival and I had to use a yellow cab”
