I would have given 5 stars again overall, but when we arrived after a tiring evening flight there no one waiting to greet us we had to ask where the correct desk was and the service at Palma airport desk was quite unsatisfactory
The taxi operators were kaotic and very disorganised and spokw only very basic standard English
we waited over 15 minutes with quite reluctant support.
After that the taxi driver was brilliant and standard of service excellent.
Return driver was very prompt and very helpful
Both cars were both comfortable and extremely clean and safe.
Hope this helps improve my assessment back from 4 to excellent 5
The office staff at Palma desk could have managed the logistics of where taxis are located to avoid no taxis being available when a flight from UK arrives”
“Very good service I mislaid my backpack at the Airport left it on the Airport shuttle transfer bus, approached staff member and he was extremely helpful in assisting me recover it, thank you”
“My return taxi ride from Puerto de la Cruz to the airport was perfect.
However the transfer from the airport was a traumatic experience.
My phone battery had died so that I could not bring up my hotel details which I had not memorised. The driver said Puerto de Sol? I said yes because Sol and Puerto sounded familiar. On arrival at the resort I asked the driver if he had a list of passengers and their hotels because my phone had died and I wanted to verify the name of my hotel.
He said he didn’t and we had arrived at the puerto de sol which I had asked for. The name of the hotel he pointed to did not contain the words puerto nor sol but he just left me there and drove off.
Fortunately for me the receptionist at this hotel - I can’t remember the name- was kind and charged my phone enough to bring up the hotel reservation., and then he called a taxi to take me there safely. Fortunately again it was not too far away.”

Superb customer service when I phoned to query my voucher.
Journey from airport was over hot and no attempt to check if passengers were comfortale. Driver argued with another passenger.
Return journey perfect in every way - arrived exactly on time, friendly, helpful.”
“Travelled with Holiday Taxis many times in the past with no problems, and no problem with the transfer to the resort.
However, the return transfer was a bit of a nightmare. We were picked up on time in a minibus with 4 others already on board. After 30 minutes driving the driver told us we were to be transferred to a coach which would be picking us up shortly, which it did. We then made at least another 12 stops, went along the same road 4 times in opposite directions and after an hour and a half we were still only 3 miles from where we had been picked up.
We rendezvued with another minibus and more got on our coach. And all the time our driver was on the phone seemingly having an arguement, something had clearly gone wrong! We eventually got to the airport 2.5 hours after we picked up for a journey that normally takes an hour. We arrived half an hour after check-in had opened and this was a very stressful journey not knowing just how many more pick up we would be doing!”
“Transfer to my hotel was super. I was alone and within 25 minutes I reached the hotel. For the way back the bus was later but also there was enough time.”
“Was great apart from the drop off destination was changed the day before arrival, and the oddest part is we drove past our aparthotel to be dropped off a 12 minute walk away (with baggage) after we literally drove past the place we were staying.”

“A disappointing start as our car wasn't there when we landed however after a call to the agent a gentleman found us and made arrangements for a car to pick us up. The car then arrived promptly and we had a smooth transfer to our hotel.
Our return journey was much smoother with car arriving early and an easy transfer to the airport.”
