“Easy to book. Great communication at time of ordering and pickup. Our first trip driver was Chinese and spoke little or no English, but excellently communicated through WhatsApp in English and with photos ( himself and vehicle) Excellent service.
Our second ride a few day's later was on time for pickup and again Chinese with little or no English. Difficult to communicate that we needed two drop off points at airport and he got very cross during the journey. All ended OK though and the two drop offs were eventually achieved.
Overall I was very happy with Holiday Taxis.”

“The driver was very friendly and a skilful driver. However I was expecting someone with a board clearly saying Holiday Taxis or our names. Also I was not expecting to have to wait for the taxi / although in fairness our flight was late.”
“Myself & my wife go to Cyprus twice a year & always book our taxi's with you this year we upgraded to a private car, in April we got a new 6 seater coach both ways.On our last holiday we had a luxury car going to the hotel no problem although it had the smallest boot.On our return a similar car but he parked up on the airport carpark when I asked why he hadn't parked in the disabled bays @ the front of the airport the driver said it was a private vehicle & not a taxi & he could not stop there.I have booked our flights for next year in April & will book my taxi nearer the time.”

Heureusement que l hôtel a téléphone à l agence à Tunis pour obtenir confirmation de l heure de prise en charge Le chauffeur était à l heure, finalement tout s est bien passé.”
“Used Holiday Taxi's for a recent Turkish holiday with private transfers to and from Dalaman Airport to hotel in Ovacik. Booking was straightforward and confirmation by email with text confirmation of pick up time the day before for both journeys.
Nice pleasant driver both ways and a good experience slightly let down by late pick up returning to the airport by apologetic driver who had some difficulty finding the hotel in the early hours of the morning.”
“Drivers were quite scary especially on the return which was like being on a trace track. Driver on arrival gave me a bottle of water, but not on the return. Vehicles were ok.”

“Basically yes the trip was fine but we had to wait about 30 mins for the last person who was picked up from Pink Palace hotel Hisaronu so that wasnt very good.”
“The service, cab and communication were brilliant. The only fault was that we paid for a car seat as an extra and we only received the car seat for the journey to the hotel but not back to the airport. We paid extra for this service so the seats should have been included. I will be contacting to request a refund for this half of the extra. Otherwise, brilliant service and I would recommend.”
“Always had a good experience with Holiday Taxis but this time wasn't so good - I originally ordered the standard coach to take me from Alicante airport to the hotel in Benidorm but it was a late flight from Manchester and the hotel liked you to arrive by 10pm so I cancelled it for a refund and ordered the premier (faster) coach instead and paid over £10 more - when I got to the airport I was told the coach hadn't arrived yet so a few people were waiting outside for its arrival. When we got on the coach we were waiting for about a hour as people obviously from a Liverpool flight got on. So the faster premier coach got me to my hotel a lot later than if I had stuck with the cheaper standard coach! So in future I will stick to the standard coach!”
“It took a while to get there over 2 hours, but it was a very comfortable ride and the driver was very good ,the journey back was excellent and only took 1 hour and again the driver was very good.”
“My transfer was only one way from Duva Puerto Pollensa to Palma airport. The coach was approx 15mins late and the driver struggled to negotiate the pick up point. I greeted him as he alighted the bus and he simply just didn’t respond. The journey to the airport wasn’t that good due to his errratic and sudden braking. Upon arrival at the airport again no communication fro the driver.
Overall he seemed to be an inexperienced driver.
However I still found Holiday Taxis excellent value for money and excellent communication and updates re my pick up times and I won’t hesitate to use them again.”
