“Can’t fault the efficiency of the transfers both to and from the airport. Only criticism was, we were picked up 4hrs before our flight home and as a result, we were at the airport over 3hrs before our flight and check-in desks weren’t even open!”
“Our premium private transfer from the airport to our hotel was excellent. However our return transfer was not as expected. The driver was helpful & polite but the vehicle he picked us up in was not a premium vehicle that we paid for. It was a mercedes but an old model & very worse for wear. We are not happy as we paid for a premium vehicle”

“The driver from the airport at Enfidha did not help at all to load the suitcases.. Even with a 3 year old child and 4 suitcases.
We were late coming out of the airport as we were waiting for our suitcases, and we're stuck trying to get a SIM card as we needed to be reachable as we emergencies at home. SIM. Card company in the airport were super slow...
The driver was really miserable. Don't care attitude.
Started driving the bus even before we had sat down and the child nearly fell down the stairs. I had to grab the child to save him from a certain nasty injury had he fallen down those stairs. Also my daughter is pregnant, mum was using a walking stick.... He just started driving before we had sat down.
Not good at all. No conversation. No chat. No information about anything.
Hence the loss of a star.
The driver and lady taking us BACK to the airport was VERY good. The driver was helpful, and loaded the suitcases into the bus, the lady assistant was very good. She explained everything about the money, changing it back to pounds as we couldn't take Tunisia money out of the country, where to go when we arrived at the airport, gave us a 10 minute warning that we were soon arriving at the airport etc. She was cheerful, helpful and lovely.
Also not very good not being able to speak to anyone when in Tunisia. The Bot.. Then waiting for a person on text. Only to get an email with no real response.. Only the same thing only on email.. No change.
The price was excellent for this transfer.. the concept is really good for us cash strapped holiday makers. I would recommend using this company... Except for the points I've made already which let things down.

“Need a reminder that other passengers need to remove carry on luggage from seats when transfers are full. Had to argue with another passenger to get then to move their backpack as there were already on the transfer when we got on”

Surprised to have a larger vehicle for both journeys, we were expecting a private car, slightly more tricky to get into/out the vehicles due to a medical issue with my hip.
Would not ideally have booked this type of vehicle for this particular reason.

“The outbound transfer was good.
The inbound transfer there were a lot of pickups and I only arrived at Gran Canaria airport at 9:40 am and my gate was due to close 10:35 am. This left me very stressed as I had to checkin a large suitcase and the lines for Ryanair bag drop was so slow. In future I will take a taxi for my inbound flight to the airport.”
