“Pick up from airport was great friendly driver loads of space,pickup from apartment to airport was very poor.I had stated on the booking we had 4 cases,but the car that came could only fit 3.The driver then said we would have to have a larger car which we would have to pay more for. So we had to have 1 case on our knee in the back.”
“On arrival we were told to wait in lune with no further information and after a 20min wait were then told we were travelling in a muni bus with 4 other people ( not a private transfer which is what we paid for). Our return trip was worse, our wonderful hotel reception team had to call you to find out where you were as we had gone over our collection time, we then found out that he was parked 4 streets away so our receptionist took us to the taxi to ensure we got to the airport in time. Very poor!”
“When I arrived the minivan was waiting and within 45 minutes from Dalaman airport I was at my hotel. However on the return instead of the max. 3 stops, the van stopped at 6 different hotels and had a very inibriated woman as one of the passengers.”
“The actual rides to and from the airport were fine! But finding out my pick up time was not as simple as before( I?ve used your company many times) how ever many times I tried to do it online which I have done before I ended up having to make a phone call to find out but not sure why?”

“Once again holiday taxis were wonderful, went to desk at airport and within 10 minutes we were in a fabulous car taking us to our hotel in palma. Our taxi driver was lovely and the journey great, well done again.”
