“If I could give zero stars i would. They gave us no confirmation booking, then when I eventually got through to a human she was rude and unhelpful. Our booking didn't exist on their system, despite them charging my credit card. We had to arrange our own taxi from the Airport which, by the way, was a third of the price of holiday taxis. So we are now waiting for our refund but have so far only received an email to say that our complaint will be dealt with in 28 days. No, we wouldn't recommend.”
“First time used mini bus wasn?t big enough for our party second time used left waiting at Malaga airport for over 30 minutes then return journey told to be ready 15 minutes before pick up time driver no show ended paying for 2 taxis”
“Our pick up on arrival at our destination was faultless. Driver was waiting, professional and courteous. However, the scheduled pick up from our hotel to take us to the airport failed to arrive on time. I was told initially there would be a delay which would have made it half an hour late. This then became an hour and by then I was afraid to risk waiting any longer so had to cancel it and get a last minute taxi in order to ensure we arrived at the airport in good time for our flight. Our departure was disappointing and stressful and I have raised a complaint in order to get a refund. I am currently awaiting the outcome.”
“Had to wait about 3/4 of an hour on arrival at Faro and wasn't the easiest to identify to be be honest,the inbound transfer was spot on,no problems at,drivers on both legs were considerate and you felt safe with their standard of driving.”
“Small wait at Dalaman airport whilst awaiting other passengers getting through passport control and collecting luggage, this was expected and nothing too excessive. Professional friendly driver who arrived on time at the collection point on way back to airport, excellent service both to the hotel destination and back to the airport. Well priced, will use again and would definitely recommend.”
“Easy to book. Had to cancel 22 hour before the arrival time and lost the money for this leg of journey. Easy to cancel on the chat whilst abroad and refund given immediately. Pick up and transfer went well. I would use them again.”
