“Easy to book online. Had bit of hassle at arrival. Initial contact had my name but not car company. Taken to a second counter, at which they had my name displayed up front. After that all plain sailing, nice car very clean and good driver. Confirmation text day before we left, confirming pick up details. Driver on time, again clean car good driver”
“I would give no star to this outfit if it were possible. You are better off financially and stress-wise getting a yellow cab if its not too far from the airport. They are complete cowboys who believe they have a licence to print money.”
“We took a transfer in Tenerife to the Airport. I was very disappointed to find that the taxi did not have the baby seat that we had booked and paid for.
We did have a baby seat on our initial taxi journey from the airport to the hotel Allegro Isora. However, this baby seat was really old, and poor quality, and was not rear facing.
Im still awaiting my refund and any response at all to my emails.”

“First time using a shared coach for commuting and I can say from start to finish a wonderful experience. Was greeted by English speaking staff at airport and transition to coach was smooth. Dropped us off near to accommodation and picked us up at same place and at the exact time they told us they would. Would definitely recommend for future trips as a whole lot cheaper than private taxis.”
