“The outbound transfer was good.
The inbound transfer there were a lot of pickups and I only arrived at Gran Canaria airport at 9:40 am and my gate was due to close 10:35 am. This left me very stressed as I had to checkin a large suitcase and the lines for Ryanair bag drop was so slow. In future I will take a taxi for my inbound flight to the airport.”
“The Holiday Taxis service was recommended by my hotel for easy transfer to and from the airport. I liked being able to book in advance and have the peace of mind that a ride is waiting.”
“Coming through new security systems at passport control delayed us getting to our taxi by an hour. But my name was on a board and the person at the airport contacted the driver who was back to pick us up within 15 minutes. The return journey driver was on time and helpfuln will use holiday taxis in future”
“Flight was on time and place for contact with taxi driver was clearly defined. Driver was on time and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. Dropped of at the front door of the hotel after a smooth journey.”
“Driver was polite and courteous he was lovely person who made the ride enjoyable and was early on pickup so we dint need to wait and that was at 3am 😂”
“Have used Holiday Taxis now a number of years when doing holiday transfers.
Never been let down drivers always polite and helpful and always on time for pick ups.
Wouldn't use any one else”
“This only applies to the collection from the airport. I don’t know where I stand. Out flight was on time but it took us over 2 hours to get through border control and I know it says the driver can only wait 1 15 mins and had to go but I couldn’t get through to anyone to book another taxi and ended up taking an Uber which I had to pay extra for.
I know the border control situation is out of your control but this has been happening for a couple of weeks so I was made aware of so perhaps a little lenancy would have been nice.
The collection on our return journey was excellent and worth 5 stars”
