“While the journey from the Airport to the Hotel was a bit of a nightmare, the pick up from the Hotel back to the airport was first class and the Driver was excellent 👌👍”

“No problems with pick up from both ends, and was collected on time. Transport was basic standard. Transfer from hotel to airport, stopped for 20 minutes along the way at a store in an obvious attempt for us to spend more money. This really delayed
us, and with heavy traffic, we only made boarding with 30 minutes to spare.”
“My flight arrived 1/2 hour late. The driver called me as I was in the Immigration line to tell me if I was more than 60 minutes from landing it would cost 20 euros more. There was a sign at immigration that no cell phones are allowed. I ad trouble getting the driver to understand I had to hag up. Nothing I my paperwork said an extra charge of 20 euros would be required after 1 hour.”
“Holiday Taxis has almost always provided excellent service. On this occasion with a difficult and somewhat lengthy drive to and from Lake Maggiore from Milan Linate airport the respective drivers negotiated narrow roads and steep descents and ascents with skill. The premium vehicle were very good and spotlessy clean.”
“I have the voucher with the correct hotel and address but the driver had me for pick up and drop off at another hotel. The pick up time for the airport was 6.35am I waited from 6.20am and after 45 minutes phoned the emergency number several times with no response. Fortunately at 7.15am another coach arrived for a family and I was allowed to board.
Drop off was at the wrong hotel and the driver was not scheduled for it so had a 20 minute walk with suitcase.
I am therefore very unhappy with this service”
