“I love the service everything is clear and if I have an issue it gets sorted immediately with no fuss. All drivers have been vey customer friendly. I recommend this company to my friends and family because of the great service.”
“Our holiday taxi transfer was early and waiting. He checked we had our passports and hadn't left anything behind. Very friendly and efficient. Thank you.”
“There was nobody to collect me. I tried to call the company several times and send a text message - no reply. After more than an hour of waiting I organised an alternative transfer. I am looking forward to Holiday Taxi's refund.”
“We have used Holiday Taxis for our airport transfers a few times now and their service is always second to none. Helpful drivers in clean and tidy vehicles who are always on time.”
“Amazing service!!!!Tge driver was on time and waiting fir me at the airport !Same was the pick up- the taxi was waiting for me at the hotel !!The driver was very nice and polite! Will fully recommend the service!!!!!!🙏👏🥰”
“Easy to obtain my ticket from the transfer office at the airport. Bus easily located and driver friendly.
Also didn’t have too long a wait before setting off.”
“Service Operation is good and smooth. The driver didn't do a satisfying job. He seemed to have lost his way and not familiar with the road. Took to long to find the way and dropped me at the spot way far from where it's supposed to be!!!”
“The airport transfer from the hotel was below par. The driver arrived 1 hour after the scheduled time. I called the front desk 5 times to get information about when the transfer would pick me up. The front desk employee was below par. He was not helpful, he did not answer the phone when I called them several times. My phone bill increased because I made an international call. I slept on the street for 1 hour, no one gave me any information, this caused me stress because they came to pick me up 2 hours before the plane left. I travel regularly with Holiday taxis, but this has never happened to me. I am deeply upset with the way they handled my case.”
“Taxi never showed up. Emergency contact number was not working. Waited for 30 mins and then had to get taxi through another agency. This company is a sham. Never replied to any email or phone call later.”
