“Inbound to hotel, told the driver we didn't have cash, but he had a expectation we would find a cash piont to tip him,he stood at arrival with a sign, when your instructions said go straight to kiosk 21,keep trying to drop us off at the sister next door hotel as both where on the booking ,the return went as smooth as could be”
“Hello, I am very disappointed with your service, although I have used it poorly more than once, I waited 30 minutes, the bus did not arrive, I had to take a taxi. With respect, Antanas Jankunas BOOKING VOUCHER

“The return journey to the airport was totally fine, the journey to our hotel however was awful. We sat at the bus depot for 90 minutes before the bus left with some kind of alarm going off in the bus the whole time, we were given no indication of the time the bus would leave so we couldn’t leave and come back, there was a group of drivers standing chatting nearby who were asked when we would leave or if they could turn the alarm off in the vehicle but none would take responsibility. It was a very poor start to the holiday and for this reason I wouldn’t use holiday taxis again”
“The transfer was just perfect ! Despite a delay of my plane arrival, the driver waited for me and was easily regognised with my name on his paper board and took me to my hotel in a luxurious car because we were only 2 passengers..
So THANK YOU so much : Good Job ! Of course my next transfer will be with you..
A very satisfied customer//”
“Tout s’est bien passé. Un chauffeur nous attendait à notre arrivée et a l’hôtel pour notre départ. Juste un petit problème au départ qui avait été avancé de 10 minutes sans que je ne reçoive l’information. Le chauffeur a donc dû nous attendre et était un peu stressé”
“All as expected- good. I did have to wait quite a while at Palma airport for other passengers. Also, the pick up time texts were a bit confusing, as I had different times on different texts.”
“Taxi pickup at the airport was a little chaotic due to the sheer number of arrivals, but there were plenty of representatives around to guide us, and the taxi picked us up within a few minutes once we'd identified ourselves to the correct representative. We arrived at our hotel around the time expected. Pickup from the hotel for the return journey was exactly on time and got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare.”
