“This is the third time in the past year my wife or I have booked with this company ! In past years we have got what we have paid for a private transfer in a Car ! The past 3 transfers have been with a minibus even though it was a private transfer but not as comfortable and not what we paid for.On our last visit to Tenerife airport 07/02/23 I told the booking desk I paid for a private transfer by car and was told if not happy to wait at least 30 minutes or for one to become available I have used this company many times and know the taxi service is sub-Contracted out to local drivers and not blaming anyone but are Holiday Taxis aware that they are not giving the service that people have paid for”

“Holiday Taxis was recommended by the Jet2 rep who dealt with our booking as she always uses them. We had booked a villa so airport transfers were not included. I was a bit unsure when I read the reviews as they were very mixed but trusted her recommendation & I'm so glad I did. We arrived at Faro Airport & our driver was waiting in the agreed spot. He was so friendly & helpful. On our return journey he arrived at our pickup point exactly on time & again was friendly & helpful. The bus was spotless. I had booked 3 taxis each way but we were given a minibus for both journeys which was nice as we could all travel together. Baby car seats were provided. Would definitely use again & would recommend.”
