“The driver was very polite and helpful the transport was clean and looked well-maintained, and it was a comfortable ride to and from the hotel to the airport, Will definitely use the company for future travel arrangements”
“Great price pick up on arrival great efficient but return pick up was not to be seen, but was sorted quickly by the help line and two taxis were sent for the six people. They were let down by the third party driver but did not let us down.”
“Excellent service on outward journey. Very comfortable private vehicle. Return journey - we got picked up at hotel by a driver who drove way too fast - 100 mph at times after about an hour or so we were then driven to meet a packed minibus for last 40 mins to airport.”
“L orario di partenza del nostro volo era 18,20. Il pulmino ? venuto a prenderci alle 12,50. Nel trasferimento abbiamo preso soltanto una altra persona alle 13,10. L autista ha guidato in maniera abbastanza imprudente. Alta velocit? soprattutto nel percorso cittadino. In autostrada spesso oltre i limiti di velocit?. Siamo arrivati in aeroporto alle 14,30 circa 4 ore prima del volo. Decisamente troppo.”
“Awful !!! Even though our plane was 30 mins late we still waited nearly half an hour for the taxi driver to arrive . Then no apology . He then took us to the wrong apartments. And he didn?t speak any English . He was sullen and rude!! Worst experience we ever had”
“Came out airport driver was waiting woohoo. Very careful drivers on both ends of rransfers. Returning to airport driver was early to pick my party up.”
“At the airport we went to Lord Travel desk. We were directed to our bus. A number of passengers boarded the bus. We left the airport within a few and we were on our way. The driver was very pleasant.”
“Great service- bang on time there to hotel and back to airport. Drivers were courteous and lifted our luggage in and out and there were 6 of us!! Very pleased with the service.”
“Taxi was easy to find at the airport. Driver was polite, smart and courteous. Car was very comfortable and felt safe with driver. Coming home the taxi was waiting for us and it was nore luxurious. Always use holiday taxis.”
“Great service, on time, clean cars and professional drivers, we've used holiday taxis twice this year and had great service both times, paid a fair price and will use them again!”
