“On arrival at Kos the driver was waiting with a clear sign. He then helped with cases outside. About a 20 minute transfer we were at the hotel. For the return I wanted to change the pickup time, which was easily done on .”
“Excellent service. Door to door no problems waiting for us when we arrived. Pick was easy, just went to the desk in the airport and the lady took us to our taxi.”
“The drivers were waiting as we landed and got us to our destination as quickly as possible. The same on the return journey also very pleasant staff. Will definitely use this company again.”
“Exceptional service from this company. Taxis were there when they said they would be and with signs with my name on it, so no confusion. Taxi Drivers were very pleasant. Overall very pleased with this booking. Would definitely use again and would definitely recommend.”
“Was disappointed this time of using Holiday Taxis. No taxi on arrival and after chasing around finally a taxi one and a half hours later. Not great and made us insure that one would arrived for our return journey. Have used HT many times and not previously had a bad experience”
“We couldn't fault the drivers, the ease of booking, nor the customer service on the phone. The drivers were friendly and knowledgeable. The only problem was the Paris traffic, but that's not the company's fault.”
