“On arrival we had 2 mini buses waiting for us, and there wasn't enough room for luggage. On return only 2 minibuses turned up instead of 3. They then booked us another bus with another company, and we waited 40 more minutes to get to airport. Not happy with service at all”
“Going to fuenteventura was ok but my transport to come back was horrible didn?t end up getting it and had to get my own taxi that cost me 85euro Aldo I was on the phone for over 30mins waiting for someone to pick up and when they did pick up I was advised to pay for my own taxi and send them receipt which I am yet to do?.customer service was absolutely horrible.”
“The experience was as good as we could have expected. It was our first visit to Tenerife and the clear instructions followed by an excellent service ensured that we arrived at our holiday accommodation without any problems. The return trip was also completely satisfactory with the hold up on the way to the airport due to a road traffic accident being easily accommodated in the realistically early pick up time. Again the instructions were clear with the bus picking us up at the time stated.”
“I booked a private CAR to taxi us in comfort the journey of over an hour to Jandia area from Fuerteventura airport. What we got was a dirty, rickity, mini bus. I have emailed Holiday Taxis to complain and offered to send the footage I took of the vehicle and some of the journey but they have not responded”
“Got Time wrong on booking,,,did not reply to my emails,,had to get the hotel to contact local rep to sort out my issues,,,sent a mini bus instead of a private car,,never again!!!”
“Upon arrival we did not get the private taxi we booked We waited for 30mins whilst others who had a non private taxi were offered transport We then waited another 30mins due to no private taxis being available and finally got put into a regular / non private taxi which was less than 50% of what we had paid the firm based on the fair on his meter Return journey was fine though”
