“Not a very good booking experience, was asked to reconfirm booking details, sent me back on to the booking site and ended up making a duplicate booking and paying twice. Luckily been refunded, But a messy experience, also sat on the transfer coach for one HOUR at Alicante airport before we set off. Wont use again.”

“No transfer showed up on returning to the airport. Got in contact with the help line they hung up and wouldn?t answer after that. Had to get the receptionist to ring and they informed him that no transfer was coming to get a taxi and they will refund the price. Still waiting for a refund and nobody contacted me to inform me that the transfer was coming. I was stressed at this stage trying to get the airport. I was very disappointed with this service”
“I called the support in England to add a child seat and the operator spent 15 minutes trying to upgrade the car. At the end, I paid for the child sit and I didn't find it in the car. At the moment I'm still waiting for the refund of 9? for the missing child seat”
