“We couldn't fault the drivers, the ease of booking, nor the customer service on the phone. The drivers were friendly and knowledgeable. The only problem was the Paris traffic, but that's not the company's fault.”
“We traveled with 13 people to Fuerteventura in July, our hotel was over an hour from the airport so decided to book a minibus. The service we received was excellent, the communication provided clear instructions with a text reminder on meet time the day before we returned. The minibuses were on time and well maintained with air conditioning. Can?t fault the service we received, will definitely use the service again.”
“My flight was delayed, thinking the taxi service would keep an eye on my flight times after giving them my flight number, no taxi was waiting for me! Was given a voucher and told to wait outside the airport at the taxi rank late at night a female on my own to wait! Waited 30 mins for a taxi to be greeted by a taxi man who didn?t want to take me to my destination after telling me the service charge changed after 10pm. Wanted more money!! Begrudgingly he took me!”
“Unable to get on mini bus for return journey due to overcrowding. 2 seats but unable to get to the seats without climbing over prams & luggage in aisle making it unsafe. No where for cases to go. Had to pay for taxi to take us to airport.”
