“Coach arrived on time but our driver was not given instructions to stop at our hotel, and with the language barrier we had to wait till the end to explain to the driver we never stopped at our hotel. Quite a stressful start to the trip!”
“Despite having paid in advance and as requested, given the time of our flight arrival, there was no taxi available when we cleared arrivals and went to the taxi desk as instructed. The desk personnel appeared chaotic and unwilling to help with several customers trying to get their booked taxis but being ignored by the staff. I had to stand right in front of the desk and point to my name on one of their booking lists on the desk in order for them to attend to my booking. Their excuse for no taxis being available was because of the local traffic and all the drivers were in traffic jams. A very poor excuse to cover the chaotic nature of their operation. If a customer is paying a not small amount for the advertised service and also gives their arrival time as requested by the company, it would be reasonable to expect the company to deliver their service as advertised and also to be aware of local traffic conditions, especially on a small island like Santorini.”
“Upon arrival we did not get the private taxi we booked We waited for 30mins whilst others who had a non private taxi were offered transport We then waited another 30mins due to no private taxis being available and finally got put into a regular / non private taxi which was less than 50% of what we had paid the firm based on the fair on his meter Return journey was fine though”
“Taxis were great. The service was on time but Nexus, your local partner refused to change pick up time even after I told them the flight was delayed. We had to wait 6 hours in the airport because the flight got further delayed. They could have been a bit more sympathetic to the situation and worked with us on pick up.”
“I Booked private transfers in Cancun to the Rui Palace Mexico, however when i arrived in Cancun the transfer did not arrive and we were put onto a shared coach”
