“Il fornitore in loco Mts Globe Cyprus all'andata ha sbagliato indirizzo dell'hotel e ho dovuto insistere per fargli capire che la struttura non fosse quella giusta. Al ritorno ci ha fatto attendere mezz'ora, cos? ho provato a telefonare e la telefonata di 10 secondi mi ? costata oltre 4 euro.”
“Avoid, avoid. If I could give NO stars I would. We were let down on both sides- the collection from airport to hotel and also the collection from hotel back to airport. We ended up having to get and pay for taxis ourselves even though we had paid this crowd already for services we did not receive. Not worth it!”
“Absolutely brilliant service. Easy to locate at Izmir Airport. Was taken to my hotel in a very comfy Merc 7 seater with leather seats. The pick up bus was a mini van and was on time. Will definitely be booking for my next holiday. The price was the cheapest too.”

“Very easy to find desk and driver at airport with great service from desk and driver. Only a short walk to car and a smooth transfer in a lovely clean car with courteous driver. Return transfer was equally good and pick was actually 15 minutes early. All round great service. Only niggle was the time ( 1 hour +) in telephone queue to make a change within 72 hours of departure due to a cancelled flight.”
“Excellent service. Well organised company. Easy to access. On my return journey to the airport I was contacted firstly to ensure that I was at the pick up point. Then because the mini bus was running 10 minutes late I was rang again. Driver was apologetic for the delay. Very comfortable and clean mini bus. Will definitely use this company again.”
“I would like to raise a formal complaint. I had booked my transfer to the airport for 6.6.23 at 17:30pm I waited from 17:15pm until 18:15pm only to be told that the driver was on his way to the airport. The driver LIED and said he came to collect me and I wasn?t there. I was at the hotel entrance for ONE hour with my parents, my sister, brother in law and two children under the age of 5. We were stood in the scorching heat for one hour and then I was left stranded three hours before my flight was to depart. I spoke with holiday taxis on the phone FOUR times and was reassured he was on his way. When I was informed that he was now on his way to the airport there was very little empathy from the staff and I was told to book a taxi and they will ?Try? to claim that money back. ?100 is a lot of money never mind to have at the end of a holiday. I am disgusted at how I was treated and the lack of support or resolution from this company.”
