Hello Thank you for your email. We are really sorry to hear that you have still not received your order. We do understand your frustration and apologise for the inconvenience caused. We have been advised by Royal Mail to let our customers know that this is the most up to date information they have: 'Due to the number of Royal Mail strikes, the increased Christmas volumes and the latest Royal Mail IT Cyber incident, we are now dealing with a huge backlog of parcels that have been collected but not yet processed for international export. This is why many of the parcels our customers sent in November, December and January show as not delivered and, in most cases, will only show the tracking as “sender preparing item”. For updates on the latest IT incident, please click here : www.royalmail.com/serviceupdate.' They have apologised again for the disruption this incident is causing us and you, our customers, and assured us that their teams are continuing to work around the clock to resolve this situation, although they are not able to give us a date at this time as to when this issue will be fully resolved. They have confirmed that all the parcels we dispatched from our warehouse are in the Royal Mail network and awaiting dispatch and advised that these orders will show “Outward RDC Handheld Acceptance” or” Accepted at Outward Mail Centre”. As soon as the international processing resumes to normal, the orders will go through their pipeline and be dispatched to the destination country. Our customer service team are dealing with an unusually high volume of calls and emails as customers are, understandably, very frustrated with this ongoing situation. We will contact you with any further updates or information as soon as we have receive them from Royal Mail Thank you for your patience and understanding while Royal Mail work to resolve the issue. After ordering goods on 28th November on a 48track Royal Mail delivery service I have still not received my goods and the last tracking information is that the goods have left the supplier which has never been updated. Having contacted Hogies by email on several occasions I am still being told to wait but it’s now 15 days later with no sign. Also very slow to respond to emails.

Unfortunately the number of Royal Mail strikes at this very busy time of year has caused an unprecedented amount of disruption and created a huge backlog of parcels sitting in their sorting offices throughout the country. This is having a massive impact on our customer service team who are dealing with an unusually high volume of calls and emails as customers are, understandably, very frustrated with the situation. We are working our way through the emails that we are receiving and apologise that it is taking longer than usual, this is down to the huge volume of emails that we are receiving. Our Royal Mail sorting office has been greatly impacted by the industrial action and we have been asked to advise customers to allow up to 7-10 working days extra for items to arrive which we have been doing Please keep checking the tracking status online - https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item as this is where all updates will be shown. We are a small online retailer and we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service. Communication not great. Item posted to Ireland, didn't pass customs due to insuffienct information given electronically, so package being returned to sender. Email correspondence is pretty poor. Tried calling a number of times during office hours but no answer, voicemail left. Still no response. Will be requesting a refund once package has been returned. Disappointing to say the least 😕

I ordered a Clarins eyeshadow palette, unfortunately when I received it 2 of the eyeshadow were smashed and un usable Very dissapointed.

The item was not the one I thought it was !! So I am £23 out of pocket now with a redundant make up Item . That aside , it did arrive quickly but unfortunately it will sit in my drawer with no further use

I had to pay a big custom charge of 15 euros on top of the shipping fee which was very expensive an other 25 euros on top of it was a lot too other companys have things set up better an have there written work done right so comtoms dont charge all the extra money i wont be shopping with hogies again that of sure

Unfortunately my order was addressed to the wrong address. Luckily my postman recognised my name on it or I may not have ever received it

Very disappointed, order I'd placed did not arrive. I was advised new order would be sent out 24hr delivery. Unfortunately parcel did not arrive next day so all in all I waited over a week. When I messaged to say parcel was not going to be delivered in 24 hrs I had a message saying the person sending the message would do a chat call with royal mail to find out what was happening and get back to me. Unfortunately they did not. Heard nothing further.

I received my first order buying two items in 'blemished' packaging for myself and a Dior eye makeup palette for a Birthday present, but when they arrived I was saddened to see the Dior packaging was somewhat battered, I did call but no one came back to me, I will have to give this as a present though it looks like I bought it at a Car boot sale.

Unsure if this is an actual unopened product. It was cellophane wrapped but the box was damaged looking. It sprayed straight away whereas brand new perfumes will spray empty spritzes for the first 2-3 attempts. The cap is loose compared to my other chanel. Will not use this site again.
