Thought ide Purchased Yet Another Great Bargain - From Hogies.. Ice Chronograph Party Watch, A Gift For My Partner ICE Watch Hadn't even Been Worn For 14 days Yet & The Battery Has Gone Onit All Ready.. Watch Specialist In Arndale Manchester Quoted £18 For Replacement Battery :-( I queried If It was Plated in 24Ct Gold .. Apparently Its The Cheapest Quote I'll Get, Hmmm

The prices are very reasonable but the decription on defected items is not clear. Stating Package can be dented implies the outer package, and not the item itself as being defected.

We have just checked your DPD tracking information and as of Thursday 6th July it is showing this: 'Your item has been presented to Customs on 06-07-2023 for assessment. Hi We have looked into this for you and can see that you placed your order on Bank Holiday Monday, 29th May, and we despatched it on Tuesday 30th May. We can see that you selected Royal Mail Tracked 48 for your order and the tracking shows that it was delivered at lunchtime on Thursday 1st June. We do offer a faster delivery service which is Royal Mail Tracked 24, it may be worth selecting that for any future orders if you would like to receive them faster. I still haven't received my order. You should have an option for DHL delivery if the client chooses to do so. Royal mail takes forever..

The eyebrow pencil arrived on time and as planned i was very impressed by the great communication throughout the order to delivery process. I am however deeply disappointed that the product has turned up with a lid that doesn't properly turn, it's bent and as a result, the actual eyebrow brush/pencil is bone dry! It feels like they inherit all the old damaged goods and sell them off through the website.

Hello Thank you for your email. We are really sorry to hear that you have still not received your order. We do understand your frustration and apologise for the inconvenience caused. We have been advised by Royal Mail to let our customers know that this is the most up to date information they have: 'Due to the number of Royal Mail strikes, the increased Christmas volumes and the latest Royal Mail IT Cyber incident, we are now dealing with a huge backlog of parcels that have been collected but not yet processed for international export. This is why many of the parcels our customers sent in November, December and January show as not delivered and, in most cases, will only show the tracking as “sender preparing item”. For updates on the latest IT incident, please click here : www.royalmail.com/serviceupdate.' They have apologised again for the disruption this incident is causing us and you, our customers, and assured us that their teams are continuing to work around the clock to resolve this situation, although they are not able to give us a date at this time as to when this issue will be fully resolved. They have confirmed that all the parcels we dispatched from our warehouse are in the Royal Mail network and awaiting dispatch and advised that these orders will show “Outward RDC Handheld Acceptance” or” Accepted at Outward Mail Centre”. As soon as the international processing resumes to normal, the orders will go through their pipeline and be dispatched to the destination country. Our customer service team are dealing with an unusually high volume of calls and emails as customers are, understandably, very frustrated with this ongoing situation. After ordering goods on 28th November on a 48track Royal Mail delivery service I have still not received my goods and the last tracking information is that the goods have left the supplier which has never been updated. Having contacted Hogies by email on several occasions I am still being told to wait but it’s now 15 days later with no sign. Also very slow to respond to emails.

Unfortunately the number of Royal Mail strikes at this very busy time of year has caused an unprecedented amount of disruption and created a huge backlog of parcels sitting in their sorting offices throughout the country. This is having a massive impact on our customer service team who are dealing with an unusually high volume of calls and emails as customers are, understandably, very frustrated with the situation. We are working our way through the emails that we are receiving and apologise that it is taking longer than usual, this is down to the huge volume of emails that we are receiving. Communication not great. Item posted to Ireland, didn't pass customs due to insuffienct information given electronically, so package being returned to sender. Email correspondence is pretty poor. Tried calling a number of times during office hours but no answer, voicemail left. Still no response. Will be requesting a refund once package has been returned. Disappointing to say the least 😕

I ordered a Clarins eyeshadow palette, unfortunately when I received it 2 of the eyeshadow were smashed and un usable Very dissapointed.

The item was not the one I thought it was !! So I am £23 out of pocket now with a redundant make up Item . That aside , it did arrive quickly but unfortunately it will sit in my drawer with no further use

I had to pay a big custom charge of 15 euros on top of the shipping fee which was very expensive an other 25 euros on top of it was a lot too other companys have things set up better an have there written work done right so comtoms dont charge all the extra money i wont be shopping with hogies again that of sure
