“I got one of the mystery boxes and was not impressed, I was expecting at least one good quality skincare. I contacted them with details and let them know my feelings. They were very helpful and sent me 2 very good products immediately. I am very pleased with them. I don’t expect any firm in this busy century to be 100% perfect but what really counts is how they handle the problem. On this occasion they handles it well.”
