“The process of ordering was uncomplicated and clear. The free delivery welcome. But Royal Mail claimed to come to the house twice, and failed to deliver even though we were in! In other words, good service by Hogies, let down by delivery firm.”

“I'm happy with the company and the product, however the package was thrown to the bottom of my recycle bin as it had no liner, and the box became dented as the lid was disconnected with the force . This was ordered as a present for someone so couldn't give it.”

“I ordered a gift and it had the option for it to be wrapped, which I selected. When I came to pay I wasn't sure if the gift box was going to be separate. I risked it and fortunately it wasn't separate. I will be back.”

“Excellent service,delivered promptly,quite happy with product and pricewise very competitive. Only point I would make,perhaps an inspection of product prior to dispatch may be beneficial as the bottle I received was damaged at the neck of the bottle of perfume,a minor thing but if it's for a gift it should be perfect.Other than that could not fault them.”

“Je suis très contente d'avoir trouvé ce parfum que je peux plus avoir en France, par contre la boîte était déchirée c'est dommage car c'est pour offrir, De plus j'ai été obligée de payer 20 € des frais de douane, il serait bien que ces frais de douane soient inclus dans les frais de port, il n'y aurait pas de surprise de ce genre”
